It's Friday, and Shakes has not eaten since Tuesday. He's getting so skinny.
Tomorrow he'll get started on a new pain patch that time-releases his meds...all with the hope that he'll eat on his own.
This weekend:
Shakes: Back to vet for sedation/tube feeding, fitted for a pain med patch.
Cindy: San Antonio for Gramma's Light the Night Walk.
Arturo: Watching Shakes and administering pain patches, hoping he finally eats on his own.
Cletus: Eating, sleeping, cleaning his brother Shakes.
Pookie: Going to the club on ladie's night. Getting fitted for gold in her mouf.
We went to see David Sedaris last night. He was great. Provided some much-needed diversion for us. Next book comes out June, '08.
